DON'T MAKE A VIDEO

until you have a communication strategy

We design ruthlessly effective communication strategies using video for organizations where the stakes are real — and then execute them with precision and taste.

For organizations that need video to actually work.

Strategy is the Difference.

At Manheimer Productions, strategy isn’t a buzzword or a value-add — it’s the foundation.
We start by understanding the real challenge your organization is facing. From there, we design video systems that are intentional, focused, and built to perform — whether the goal is growth, engagement, trust, or revenue.

  • Diagnose before producing

  • Design for outcomes, not deliverables

  • Build systems, not one-offs

  • Execute with aesthetic integrity

Most video fails before the camera ever rolls.

The real issue isn’t production quality — it’s strategy.

Without clear answers, even beautiful video becomes noise.

  • What problem is this video solving?

  • Who is it actually for?

  • What needs to change as a result?

How We Think

Diagnose → Stakes → Objective → System → Execute

Before cameras come out, we diagnose the communication challenge.

Most organizations start with production: a video, a campaign or a piece of content. But without a clear strategy, even beautiful work can miss the mark.

Our approach starts by understanding the real problem.

1. Diagnose the challenge
What is the communication gap? What isn’t being understood?

2. Clarify the stakes
What happens if this problem isn’t solved—for patients, audiences, customers, or stakeholders?

3. Define the objective
What should change for the audience after they engage with this content?

4. Design the system
How can video work alongside other media to create clarity, trust, and lasting impact?

5. Execute with intention
Only after the strategy is clear do we move into production—creating work designed to serve a larger communication system, not just a single asset.

What That Looks Like in Practice

Eckhart Tolle Foundation
Extending the impact of a live teaching into a lasting digital content library.

A sold-out teaching with Eckhart Tolle brought together a deeply engaged audience — but like most live events, its impact would normally end when the room emptied. We designed a video content ecosystem that transformed the event into a long-term digital resource, extending its reach, deepening audience engagement, and supporting the Foundation’s global mission well beyond the day itself.

RVNAhealth
Clarifying the continuum of care for patients and families navigating hospice and home care.

Patients and families often struggle to understand how hospice and home care services work together. We built a strategic video system that explains the continuum of care in clear, human terms — helping people make informed decisions at some of life’s most important moments.

Sparks/Freeman
Capturing high-stakes brand experiences in ways that extend their impact beyond the event.

Experiential brand activations are designed to create unforgettable moments — but too often those moments disappear when the event ends. Working alongside agency partners like Sparks and Freeman, we capture and shape those experiences into strategic video assets that drive internal alignment, client trust, and marketing impact long after the show floor clears.

This Is a Good Fit If…

  • Video plays a meaningful role in your organization’s strategy

  • You care about what video does, not just how it looks

  • You want a strategic partner, not just a vendor

  • You’re dealing with complexity, scale, or high stakes

  • You value clear thinking and calm execution

Walk away with clarity and value--even if we don't end up working together.

I’m Noah Manheimer, founder of Manheimer Productions.

I work with organizations when video needs to do something real — clarify a message, change behavior, build trust, or extend the impact of an important moment. My role is to help clients define the problem first—then design and produce the right video system to solve it.

Over the last decade, I’ve led and produced projects for healthcare organizations, major experiential marketing agencies, nonprofits, and internationally known thought leaders. These are environments where the stakes are high, the messaging is sensitive, and the margin for error is small.

My background spans live events, storytelling, and performance-based environments — including work with musicians and performing arts organizations — which gives me a deep understanding of pacing, emotion, and how audiences actually experience content. That perspective carries through whether the project is a healthcare education series, a global live event, or a mission-driven campaign.

When a project matters, I assemble the right creative and technical resources to execute it with clarity, professionalism, and care — so the final result is not just well-produced, but strategically effective.

About Me

Strategy Before Content

If you’re considering video because something important is on the line, let’s start with a conversation — not a camera.

In 30 minutes we’ll clarify the real communication challenge you’re facing and whether video is actually the right tool to solve it.

No pressure. No pitch. Just clarity.
